Hello from NYC
Bought my first Jeep a few months ago, been loving it ever since.
It's a 1998 Cherokee Limited 2WD I would loved a 4x4 but this thing was a freaking steal and I had to pull the trigger on it.
Got a couple of questions, first does anyone know of a good place where I can take my car for a check up, it needs a few things fixed and I'm scared of all the places that are around my area not that they don't know what they are doing but some don't know jack about Cherokees, I took it to a local shop to replace the window actuator and the guy couldn't even figured out what was wrong even after I told him WHAT WAS WRONG!
Need a cam shaft sensor, wiper motor replaced and a window actuator to be replaced.
If you guys know of a few shops around The Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn please let me know.

What I suggest doing is getting a factory service manual and doing a bunch of reseach on your problems, and doing it your self. Thank goodness for mechanics but they are gonna rape you hard for those kinda small repairs.

The fixes are easy and I would love to do the work my self but sadly I don't have a garage or a safe place where I could work.
Would a Jeep dealer still service my car?

Well in that case talk to people and get some recommendations on good places, you'd be better off going to an independent place before a dealer. Or if you have unlimited funds then sure a jeep dealer will fix your truck. I know some places in Central jersey but i'm sure you dont wanna drive that far.
