Default New from NY! New to Jeeps!

Greetings from the big apple. I have a 94 Cherokee Sport that I plan on making a city runner. If you have ever been here you know that driving around here is like driving on the moon due to the lack of road upkeep. I got a Jeep to be able to get through it. In the coming months I plan on doing some small/medium mods and I could use all the help I can get. Thanks in advance!

Best,
Roland

2 inch lift, 30s or 31 a/ts, intake, exhaust, throttle body spacer, bored throttle body from cf user "xjfiles", set of 703 injectors. Thats what I would do for that scenerio.

Also I would go ahead and change all fluids (oil, tranny, diff(s), tcase if 4wd), plugs, wires, cap and rotor.. Just a bunch of preventative maintence. Hope its not to much to grasp. Alot of these guys are very helpful. Btw welcome from GA brother...

Thanks man. Just what I needed. A starter list. I was thinkin about going for the 3" lift kit http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_xj_3x.html from Rough Country. It seems like everyone here has nothing but good things to say about them and the price seems fair. Once I get the ball rolling I may even start a build thread.
