I've only lurked in the past because the Cherokees were just daily drivers.
My avatar explains my username. It's a 1954 CJ-3B - mostly stock.
Here's the current stable, minus the Cherokees.
I have a question on one of the Cherokees which I'll post elsewhere.

I'm in Elmhurst.
It seems to be a black hole for off-roaders.
I haven't seen anything but pavement queens in all my years here.
I drive my old ****** Jeeps around the county and never see another oldie.
I see lots of Wranglers, mostly JKS and TJs, all pavement queens.
Lots of Cherokees too, but mostly stock.
I saw a seriously lifted XJ recently and wished I had time to follow him home but couldn't.
If you're out there, whoever you are, are you actually in Elmhurst or nearby? Need to connect with you.
