New to Jeeps/4x4's
I picked up my first Jeep last week. It is a 1997 2 door XJ 4.0 5spd. All stock for now. I was looking for something cheap after selling my BMW M3 and found the Heep. 122k miles, and its in pretty good shape.
I have already replaced the liftgate struts, have a real instrument cluster on the way, and a receiver hitch for the rear.
Currently contemplating a Rough Country 3" AAL and some 31's.
My son seems to love it too.

The only reason I am considering the AAL's is I have put myself on a super tight budget. Truth be told I shouldn't be buying a lift/wheels/tires at all.
I am a recovering turbo addict and I have a way of letting mods get away from me on every vehicle I have owned.
I got the Jeep to drive while I clean up some of the mess I have gotten myself into modding my last few cars.
