New Jeeper from New Jersey/New York :-)
Good morning all!
I'm new to the Jeep scene but not to 4x4's. Recently purchased (3 days ago) a 2001 Sport and have no regrets I used to have an '85 k5 blazer, an '84 f150 and the last that I traded in during cash for clunkers, '92 bronco.
After driving around with a compact for the past year and a half, which was great on gas mileage for my daily commute to the city, I decided that I "needed" 4x4 coz it was just not the same. I've always been a fan of Jeeps coz of its size and capabilities out of the box and the amount of goodies for it. I was decided on a wrangler (96-02 coz it was cheaper), but after seeing how much cargo room it has I decided to go for the Cherokee.
Anyway...I've been reading up on this site and other forums so I know what I'm getting into. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to start a build and it will all be dictated on how fast I can obtain all the goodies I would "need".
