I'm in the same boat. Recently moved to socal from chicago and own a 96 xj. Lookin for buddies to go trail riding with. Im mostly all stock for now but i havent really taken her beastin so lets see what she can do.

Wish granted I finally snaped a pic of the jeep now remind you its a project but very complete all I need is a whole front axle a back window and some new tires and shocks I went to pick a part and got some coils off of a 95 v8 grand Cherokee and all I need is some shackles for the rear then ill have a lift on this sucker and I also picked up 4 offroading lights and a Aftermarket bumper from pick a part also

U won't believe how much I got it for lol
He had it listed for 1500$ I traded my 89 yamaha quad an 200$ for it and maybe a 1000$ into it I should be good to go and thats including new tires and a lift kit
