New Jeep Owner
Hi y'all, thanks first of all for having this forum.
I'm a proud new owner of a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.
I love it, I've always like trucks and SUV's for thier utlility and fun.
I'm a Army Guard MP, and as such have driven many military vehicles,(most commonly the HMMWV- specifically the M1025,M1026,M1025A1,M1114,The ASV,and MATV as well as two MRAPS). So, as you can see I feel quite comfortable in large vehicles. I love my Jeep,(despite the shortcoming of not being 4WD) for it's clearance and maneuverability capabilities. My driveway,(belongs to the people we rent from) had many large holes in it and is all dirt. Our other vehicle is a 98 Nissan Quest minivan, which needless to say scrapes everytime it has to go in and out of that driveway. This had already caused a leak in the exhaust manifold. The Jeep meanwhile, just bounces keeps going right on through with no problem. Anyways, I will learn a lot from this forum, and look forward to being a part of the Jeep owning community.
Thanks all, and take care- have fun driving out there!!!!

89B is an ammo specialist... 89D is EOD. And every MOS is needed but I couldn't pass up making fun. It's just the nature of the Army. Keep your head down and always be nice to your doc. Any service member is family to me. Minus coast guard
