Hi all. Just bought my first jeep in mid July, a 99 xj sport. I picked it up to DD as well as have some off road fun. The previous owner installed a 2" lift(unsure what company), some BFG A\T 31x10.5 and a newer motor. The chassis, transfer case, and trans. have 220k. The newer motor has 125k or so on it. Its by no means perfect but i love it, its nice to be in a 4x4 again. I'm still trying to sort a few minor(i hope) issues with the front end. I'm getting a slow grinding noise between 15-30mph, i think its the wheel bearing. The u-joints "look" ok, and i'm hoping its not anything inside the diff. Is there anything else i should check? Thanks for any input you may have.
