New guy from mn!
Hey! name is nick, From minnesota.
Ive had my xj for just over a year now.
Its a 2000 2dr Sport. Patriot blue metallic.
Im bored right now so i thought i would share some pictures of the transformation of my 2000 Jeep cherokee 2door sport.
Day I brought it home and spray bombed the rusty wheels:
Test Fitting 2010 Wrangler Sahara X 18" Wheels with 32.5" tires and tinted marker lights
Realizing its not driveable like that, I peiced together a lift kit, heres some of the initial parts installed, notice the uneven lift, i evened it out later on:
ordered a offroad bumper and fit it:
Didnt like the way it looked so I cut the bottom frame and removed the diamond plate, then flipped it and welded it atop, then extended the sides out to meet the body:
Then I made a custom back bumper at home in my garage using square tubing:
I have since Removed the front D rings because they make too much noise and Ive been focusing on repairing dents and dings and rust.
Whats everyone think?
also debadged it all, except for the 4x4 logos
