Hey Everyone,
Looking forward to reading through the threads, checking out builds, and learning more about the XJ.
The gf has a 98 XJ which needs a little TLC, but a great daily driver. No plans to build it into a trail rig as we already have one of those (my truck). Its the get to work, get the dogs to the park and easy driving vehicle.
Currently the XJ has a 3 inch Rubicon Express spacer lift just to restore the sagging suspension, a new exhaust and removed running boards.
On the agenda for this weekend:
- Changing the front and rear diff fluid
- Power steering fluid
- rear exhaust hanger
- restoring the discolored fenders
- a good wax and detailing
- painting the rims
- checking the steering, u-joints, and just a general maintenance.
So first stop checking the general maintenance threads!
