Smile New to Forum from No. GA.

I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic that I love but the AC is killing me...I have spent $2K on it in the last year and now the dealer says I have an evaporator leak under the dash....expensive...don't know what to do ..have to think about it for awhile...they want $1,300 but said they would split it with me so only $650 ...Listen to me...LOL only $650 geeez !

My wife has a 2004 Grand Cherokee...and she loves hers...We have owned jeeps for over 20 yrs. now...

Athens, GA. - Go Dawgs ! The dealer says that's my problem now...the Jeep is 13 yrs. old and even though I only have 88K miles on it...the parts are wearing out so I don't know that adding even older parts would be the right thing..

What part is worn out?

Tell the dealer my 94 with 188k on it still blows ice old and hasn't ever been serviced. How does that make sense lol?

94x -- I have had a time of it...first the condenser got stopped up with debris I ran through...$500 then it was the manifold hoses and accumulator that had to be replaced...$535 more and now one month later they are telling me I have an evaporator leek behind the dash...so they want another $700 basically and are saying they are cutting the price in half...I have a feeling I am being played...>?
