Default New to Forum but not to Jeep.

Hello- I'd just like to say Hi. I've been driving Jeeps since 1999. I've had three Wranglers and now a 2001 Cherokee. I'm liking the Cherokee and am noticing they are everywhere. I mean I never noticed how many of them are on the road untill I got one.
My current Jeeps are: 2012 Wrangler Sport- "Crush" v6 - chrome pkg.-
and my 2001 Cherokee Sport in line 6 - automatic- Sienna

I'm interested in being on this forum because I usually have questions about the Cherokee that I thought people here would know. One question is --where is the best place to get accessories for Cherokees? Stuff like splash guards etc-- I know all about QuadraTech but as you may know there's not allot there for the Cherokees.

I also have some tech questions that may involve someone having the same problem- perdicament. I hope I can get the answers here.

Thanks have a great day

Thanks for the info-- I've had a pretty busy last few days and haven't been on here.
I'm taking my CHKEE back to the repair shop first thing in the morning. I just had the rear main seal, the oil pan gasket and "O" rings and etc.(?) done on the oil filter adapter a week ago. I have a tiny drip still going on- hardly enough to drip down on the driveway but it 's right below the inspection plate on the bell housing which is where all this started before I took it in the first time. The vehicle is not a cream puff and I'll likely just find out if there is a need for them to take care of the problem without charging me more money. It has 127K on it . It could be something like the washer around the oil pan drain plug or something like that. The trans pan looks a little wet too but no drips on it-- just the lowest point of the lip on the bell housing.

SO that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Dude, It's a Jeep, get psyched, you're going to see that a lot. We call it "recycling".

I got the oil thing under control- A guy at the oil change place spilled some oil on the engine and it ran down into the wiring harness and stayed there -- it leaked out of the wiring surround a little at a time and ended up on my bell housing-- prob solved and I'm glad. I've never had an oil leak on a jeep in 14 years so I was a bit losing it for a minute.
