Hi all.....been trolling the.boards for a couple weeks. Inherited an orange sunburst 2001 Cherokee sport from my brother who didn't feel like selling it and no longer needed it. It came from Florida in 2006 and he was 2nd owner. He got it with 76k on it and just turned it over to me with only 98k on it.....city boy. Bone stock.....tires never rotated since 2006.....so that was job one.....back ones felt like they were welded on! Mufflers got a hole so that's job 2. Other than that....New started and all new front brakes last year. Looking forward to picking brains as things come up. Former wrangler owner. Had a 99 sport auto....kept stock. Also had a 2005 wrangler x 5 speed that I put a 4inch suspension kit on and offset 33x12.5 general mudders. Would love to find some mild trails for some stock able wheeling for now....so I can break things.....justifying upgrade repairs. Thanks for all you share.

 

Welcome to the site, and congrats on receiving an XJ with little mileage. Time to beef that sucker up and hit the trails.
