New Cherokee Owner Here!
Hello
I am Called Bigwilly and i live in Costa Del Sol, Spain.
I just bought a Blue Cherokee 96 classic, 4wd, automatic from a friend who was leaving the country in a rush.
The car has been neglected for a few years but i am taking it on as a project to work on over the winter .
Starts and runs like a coughing dog.
Spits all black stuff out of the exaust.
Stalls whenever it decides and will only drive a few hundred yards.
Radiator water looks like its not been changed for years.
So its going to be a lot of fun.
This is the first jeep i have had but i have played with cars a little so i am not a complete newb to tinkering.
My girlfrind Bigfanny is helping me with the project and she will be getting her hands very dirty under the jeep.
Lookign forward to getting to know you all

Welcome from Texas BigWilly. We will be glad to help you through your winter project. Are the parts available to you there in Spain? Seems like you have already uncovered a couple of issues.
List them over in the Cherokee Chat section and we will help you figure them out.

My wife, kids and I spent last November just north of Gibralter.
The German branches of Chrysler, plus the internet might be able to help you. We have friends in Germany who drive Cherokees.
I can't help you much with your problem, but you need to eat some jamon iberico or jamon serrano for me.
