Hey everybody. Name is James. I live in Las Vegas. I have been fly fishing and camping a lot with my wife (not to mention we have 2 horses being boarded right outside of town where there are no paved roads) and my Hyundai just cannot take the dirt roads anymore... I thought it was time to pick up something that could handle some bruises! I have been wanting a XJ for a couple years now and finally decided to pull the trigger on buying one. I am Picking up an XJ in the next few days and thought I would introduce myself here. This forum is loaded with great info!.. Really looking forward to making the switch to Offroading/Trailing from road racing/drifting for the past 9 years. Its kind of crazy jumping into a new genre of automobile modding and having to start over... I'm not gonna lie.. I am a bit intimidated lol. I get absolutely obsessed when I find a new hobby so you will definitly start seeing a lot of me around here

 

Welcome, glad you decided to join the xj world. When you get your jeep take some pics. Sounds like you've got a lot of experience. I've always wanted to try road racing and drifting.
