New to the board
Hello All,
Looks like a great board and I look forward to learning all I can. I just picked up my 3rd XJ. I traded for a civic that I had for a DD car so now I have a new DD. It is a super clean 97 with 126XXX miles on it. It is an Auto 4x4. It is also a sport.
There are a few things that are messed up with it that I have to figure out. It had the infinity sound system in it, and the PO took some of that out and put in a cheap head and some sony explode speakers. The tweeters are not hooked up and the sound is pretty poor. Along with this, it has a remote start setup in there that the PO did not even know about. So, there are some wiring issues with it. The biggest being the windows dont always work from the doors other than the driver's side. They always work with the driver's side. Not sure what the deal is with that.
It also needs a new U-joint in the front passenger side.
Other than that, it seems to be pretty good. Thanks for all the info here and I look forward to talking with some of you folks.
