Default my jeep

I've had my jeep 2.5 yrs and it's been good so far, with over 100k it has a little tic but it goes good. My front brakes went and I found it took specail pads. Now I need back. Can you guys advise? what tools will I need? Front took a 13 mm I think. are they easy? or should I just take it in.
thanks guys
