My name Is Thane and I am a long time xj owner but new to this forum. I have owned 3 xj's in my day. The first was a very badly rusted 92 4.0 4dr auto that the doors fell off and had to be welded back on. It only had 50k and ran perfect. My second one was a 98 4.0 4dr auto. It was put to rest when A drunk lady at 9:45 am on a saturday didn't see me stopped at a stop light that she planned on running. My poor xj took it in the *** by a buick going at 25 miles an hour. Pictures to come. Me and the wife are still sore from that one. My final xj is a Black 2001 60th with 137k that I bought from the second owner.

Welcome. Like the newest jeep, extra shiny. Sorry to hear about the accident. I constantly worry about the same thing. I highly doubt I'll ever cause an accident, but just about everyone is fair chase when it comes to being involved in one. Hope for the best!
