Default homebrew lift question

Hey guys. So I have a 2"budget boost in my '90 XJ right now. Shackles in the rear and 2" springs up front. I have 2" pucks for the front and a donor set of full stock leaf packs for the rear. I'm gonna add the other 2" to my current set up for my 4" lift. My question is this, can I make the bastard pack and put it on and not lift the front yet using my stock control arms and without a t-case drop? Thanks in advance.

Wow. So sorry. I just realized I put this in the wrong section. Can someone please let me know how to move it, if possible? Thanks.

One of the Moderators will have to move it for you.
