Hi, I'm Jesus !
Some people say "Jesus Saves"...but I'm not that kinda Jesus. I drive a Jeep...so I spend. Well, sometimes I save up for parts I guess.
I got a 1997 XJ. Rough Country 3" lift with an extra inch caused by a front spacer and some home-made shackle relocators. I also got those 2.2" RC shocks, that are big and stiff. Didn't put the stickers on 'em cause I'm not like that. And also got those RC control arms that look like bent pipes.
I swapped out the D35 for an 8.25; added disc brakes, an Aussie Locker and new bearings. Rebuilt all the driveshafts. Went thru the D30 in front and replaced the U-joints and bearing hubs...and installed outer tube seals too.
Bought a set of 31" Duratracs on Ultra 15x8's.
Been lurking here a while. I thought about paying the $25 to be a "forum supporter"...but like my perpetually single Uncle Peggy used to say: "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free!"
