Get a sense of humour, I created that just for kicks. Delete it if you wish.
If I wanted to hide that it was me I would have proxied, deleted the cookies, used another browser, etc... Lots of ways to hide my IP.
You guys seem very uptight, if you really want to ban me, go for it, I think Ive managed to turn a few members here in my favor in a short time, having hung out with them already. Ive already talked to one of the mods, very sensible guy in the long run, but some of you guys need to pull the blockages out of your rears.
Trying to watch my language since this site seems to be ran by liberal control freaks, if you have the technology to trace IPs, wouldn't imagine a profanity filter would be hard to add. Just an idea from someone whos been around 2-3 weeks.

If you don't like how the site is ran then leave. All that is asked by the owners ie not me or the staff, is that the site remain family friendly. We have to follow their definition of family friendly. What one considers ok for their 8 yr old another won't always be the same. That's life and it's just like going into someones home you follow their rules or you don't go back. It has nothing to do with liberal infact I find it actually highly conservative. Maybe folks need to look up the definition of Liberal before they start screaming.
Since I am in a very smart *** sort of a mood I'll even post the definitions and direct links to them at dictionary.com for those who seem to misuse the term liberal so easily..

Now for the definition of conservative...

I hope that clears things up a bit and maybe now we can all start to use the term liberal properly so we do not look ignorant.

I said liberal, and it was obvious I was using it referring to the political views, not the definition for those who have issues with comprehension.
Liberalism, is basically "Lets make sure everyone is comfortable, no matter what, we can't rub anyone the wrong way" You sited it yourself,
"What one considers ok for their 8 yr old another won't always be the same"
Your right, lets not rub anyone the wrong way, but how does adding a profanity filter cause issues and why would an 8 year old be on a jeep website in the first place, especially since the site requires you to be atleast 13 unless they are in conjunction with a parent/guardian, in which case, its the parents responsibility to monitor their child.
Might help you understand better the word liberal in the manner I used it.
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
On a side note, I joined this site to promote 4x4 meets locally, and there has been a lot of interest. You want to make a personal attack on me with hopes that others join in? That only proves your immaturity and continues to prove my point.
I don't come on the forums to argue, I came on here to talk XJ's, meet a few folks locally, and maybe have a little fun. Im not sure how making a 2nd account is against any rules after reading the terms of service. Infact the issue isn't touched. Without me admitting to anything, how do you know my brother/roomate/friend hadn't created the account so he could be a member of this site? How do you know that the information provided wasn't true? How do you know my brother/roomate/friend doesn't have a 1974 FSJ Cherokee with a 401/T18/D20/D44's/31's?
Realistically, you assumed, and assumptions are for ********.

XJfreak.. insulting the Mods and Admin isnt helping your case.
Not all sites are created equal.. this one happens to emphasize on Family Friendly structure. If this doesnt appeal to you theres tons of places out there that you may be happier at.
