Welcome to CF from Va. The price of a lift would depend on how high you want to lift it. Most people decide on what size tires they want, then lift accordingly.

Every state is different. If your are stationed there in the military, you can follow the guidelines of you perm. residence. Like in Pa your wheels are not allowed to extend past the fender flares, but other states it doesn't matter. Are you at Fort "Lost in the Woods"?

Washington state has the same law about ticketing tires past the fender flares and if you're lifted at all, you have to have mud flaps.
