Default Hey everybody!!

Hello everyone. My name is Zakk and just joined the forum! After using this forum for a week for tips and such I decided to join. I just recently bought a 99 Cherokee sport. Just wanted to say hey to everyone! I plan on semi restoring this old jeep! I've been driving keeps for the last 8 years and can't think of driving anything else! Picked up my 99 for 900$ after I had to get rid of 2016 Wrangler sport. I have a baby on the way so payments had to go( plus 2 doors aren't child friendly haha) the seller thought it had a bad head gasket and the ride home told me otherwise. Ended up being a bad water pump!
Plus a radiator because of the stop leak in the system! Also did an electric fan conversion, entirely new brakes and calipers, hardware etc.
Roxy also had a 3 inch worn out rough country lift with semi new skyjackers riding on 31 inch toyos. Been a lot of work so far but I've enjoyed it and there's a lot more to come!

Morning! Good looking rig! I always liked those "I think I blew it up" deals.

Yeah! I was amazed even with supposedly bad headgasket it was a good price for how clean it is. I had already ordered the gasket kit. I would have only had 35$ in the head doing the work myself. It has some electrical grimlens I've been working threw and also a grinding on deceleration, but I think it's the driveline angles.

Over the years I ended up with quite a few of these. It is a steady truth of the service towing industry. I was always honest about what they actually needed but some folks have just made up their minds and don't want anything more to do with it. Ended up with dozens over the years for the price of a bus ticket.
