Hi, name's Luey... Some might know me from other sites...

Just picked up a 1990 4dr... Stock with a 4.0 and aw4... This is my first Cherrokee... Pretty much a noob with these... My DD was a 95 gmc jimmy that just spun a bearing... A good friend had this rig sitting in his backyard for over a year and cut me a great deal... He thought it had a bad tranny, but after searching on here I narrowed it down to the tps... Thanks to everyone for the tech...

I do have a K5 Blazer that is my trail rig, so I plan on just doing minor stuff to the XJ for light wheeling and snow runs...

Also a pic of the '80 FSJ Cherokee wide track I picked up for my son's first rig... He's been doing a bunch of work on it... He's wanting to build it to tow a small Cherokee to the trails...

 

Been cleaning the inside and out... Starting to come back from the dead...

Crawled undernearth and pulled the code from the tag on the front diff (53005576) dana 30 w/ 3.55 gears... The rear is a d35... Both open...
