Hello from Germany!
Just wanted to say Hi. Just got a '99 Cherokee 4.l. She needs a little love. New o2 sensors and so on. Excited to get it running right. Been lurking in this forum for the last few days figured I would sign up.
Anyone have any tips for a first time jeep owner? Know where to get a PDF or actual book form workshop manual? Thanks!

Welcome to the site.
Do a good tune up (plugs, oil, distribtor, etc). I like the Haynes Cherokee manual, best manual out there for the cherokee.
Welcome again.
