Hello everyone, Just thought I'd share some pics of my newly acquired 99 limited. It's a little dirty and the pictures aren't great. It has 99k on the odometer and most of the goodies such as the 242 transfer case, 8.25 rear axle and the first power sunroof I ever saw in one, Which is kinda neat. It seems to be averaging around 18mpg so far with our best at 24.5 all highway at 55mph and the lowest around 15. So far I've changed the oil, Drained and filled the trans and transfer case, The diffs were completely full and still golden colored so those can wait until the weather warms some. Will need tires soon but I got a decent deal so no big deal.

Thanks everyone. We hunted high and lo for a 97-99 with under 150k that didn't have a ridiculous price tag and looked decent. My wife really wanted a liberty and I've got nothing against them but the xj has a better drivetrain than most fullsize trucks of the same years. This one will remain stock but will see some light offroading on occasion.

Not many plans really as it is a daily driver and my wife has fallen in love with it. It will see some mild offroading from time to time but that's about it.
