Default Greetings from Okinawa

New Jeep owner. This is my first, a beautiful 1998 Cherokee. I just bought it from family and I'm planning on turning it into a light trail rig. It came with a chip, throttle body spacer, and a 2 inch lift. I'm in need of help with this build. I'm in Okinawa and my jeep is in Washington state. My plan is to first make sure the drivetrain is good to go. Here is a list of plans, any feedback is appreciated.

Suspension, not sure on what is already on it
Front/rear bumpers with 9500lb winch
roof rack
dual battery/alternator upgrade
lights
On-board air (5 gal)
Air locker
Snorkel
Brake upgrade

I'm also looking to get some more power out of her. I truly don't know much about Jeeps yet but I'm a quick learner.
