Greetings, my name is Stewart. I am from West Virginia. I recently acquired a 4 door, 96 XJ from its original owner. Just turned 106,000 miles. My dad was a salesman for a Jeep dealership for years and he sold this one new. I can remember than when his customers bought from him he brought their Jeeps in for them and delivered back that evening. Anyway this is a base one, with a guage package. Has a/c, tilt, cassette, guage package, and the polished alloy wheels. No power windows or other electronics to go wrong. I have owned one other xj, and a couple of Wronglers. My wife drives an 06 Grand Cherokee, which was a replacement for her totalled 05.
I love this site, and have learned alot already. Mine has the Dana front axle and the Chrysler 8.25 absolute mint vehicle. Going to lift it soon, and add wheels and tires. Love to have a roof basket as well. Time will tell. Thanks for all the posts.
