G'day from south australia
Hey All
I decided a few months ago i would get back into a 4x4 after 25 years of abstenince, i have looked at & driven a lot of of used 4x4's recently. so yesterday pulling around into my drive way i spied a big 4 sale sign on what i could gather was a 4x4 a couple of hundred yards down the road.
so with a quick jaunt down to it after parking my car she quickly came into view a very nice looking snow white cherokee, big shiny alloys & big wide rubber on the rims, big shiny alloy bull bar & spotlights, leather & more leather with wood grain stuff here & there all in pristine condition inside, paint gleaming, it just said hello to me. So i rang the mobile number on window & told the bloke who answered when he was ready i wanted a test drive, he was a bit blown away being the first day, he'd only parked there a few hours earlier .
A couple of hours later i'm sitting on that pristine leather & taking her for a spin, that was it i was in, the young bloke who owned her gave me a run down on the history & how every thing worked it took over an hour to go thru every thing, got the missus out to have look she went gargar over it, so just to make sure i was totally happy with my decision to buy it i told the young bloke i would sleep on it.
This morning i was still very happy with my decision to buy her i went & put a deposit on her, will be a very happy jeep owner very soon.
Another very valid point to my purchase is it is only one shade of white off my bass boat so there will be 35' of white on the road, should look shmick.

G'day from south Australia
G'day all
Thanks for the warm welcome people.
I will attempt to put up a photo or two down the track, i have tried to do this on other forums & had not had much luck, conflicting software on this computer seems to be problem, but i'll give it bash.
at the moment the present owner is trying to track down a front prop shaft for the jeep as the original had been damaged so could be a few more days yet before i sit in those buet leather seats & drive her to her new home.
