First post = Intro!
Greetings Cherokeeforum
I'd like to make my first post here as my Jeep's introduction
Her name is Jenny and currently stock save for a Pioneer headunit and replaced door speakers. My family has had this since it was new in 99, and was handed down to me back in 2006. She is a 1999 sport 2wd going on 131k miles. I am by no means an adventurous person and would like to keep her onroad rather than off. I live in California anyways, so I don't see any reason to have a lifted 2wd. I don't ever see myself getting rid of her as she holds many memories for me in the short time I've had her; so when the money's not funny I'm going all out. Here is how she sits currently.
And here is how I want her to sit when she's done.
I mainly want the ride height and wheel/tire fitment combo.I'll probably be here a lot asking about wheel fitment haha. Hope to hear more from you all soon

Looks like to me it sits about the same as your stock set up. Are you trying to gain ride higth or loose it. Your jeep looks verry clean though. Nice Ride

Welcome, from Wisconsin. Nice looking Jeep. And you probably can fit these tires on your rims. I'd keep the alloys. (if you looking for black rims, get yours painted. a nice black chrome, or black satin Finnish)

Thanks for the warm welcome
As for the goal jeep, I would like to keep the stock rims but change out the tires soon. Anyone have a guess as to what size tires those are? I'm guessing 255/60/15.

No way of telling how wide those tires are unless you saw them in person but I can tell you this. I have 265-75-16 on my stock wheels and a 3 inch suspension lift and my tires just barley fit. Im going to have to add another inch or so to keep it from scrubbing. On stock Hight your going to be hard pressed going more than 235-75-16.
If it is width you are looking for then you may want to consider buying a cheap set of rims 10x15 with a different back spacing to get the tires out of the wheel well a little. Then you could go with the a 29-10.5 tire or maybe 30 by 10.5.
