whats up everyone im sal 27 from long island, been driving jeeps since i was 16. ive owned 5 up until this point but have never had the funds to modify any of them. ive finally broke through in my professional life so now i have some money to play with... well.. not really... i should be saving for a new roof but, ya know, f*ck that. how hard can it be to throw up a new roof? ive lurked around here for a long time looking at all of your great pics and im looking forward to finally getting into the game.

right now ive got a 00 xj, green, 65k (courtesy of progressive insurance and my great neighbor and his daughter that "wanted a car instead") and the thing is a BEUT. unfortunately i was hit badly on the PKWY and "totaled" my 96 xj, also green, (which is now sitting in my driveway and needs front end cosmetic work;the thing runs mint). i was using the xj as my commuter car and would leave my 04 grand cherokee SE in the driveway. the thing is in show room cond, black on black and only 75k on it. i got it almost new back in 05 with barely any miles on it by trading in my old 00 xj. other than that, it all started when i was 16 with a 1990 red cherokee laredo with that bad *** chrome grill and trim. she was awesome, and i will never forget her.
