Have owned a '95 Wrangler, '00 Xterra, '04 Rubicon, and most recently a '10 FJ Cruiser. Now I am hunting an XJ, and plan on doing a lot of reading here! Thanks for the add.

Thanks for the welcome. I've been looking for a 98-01 depending on condition, leaning towards a 99. I have missed a couple of really nice 99's at really good prices due to work conflicts, but there seems to be a decent market in the North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia area, you just have to be ready to pounce because they don't last long. Luckily, I am patient!


One of the reasons I joined this site was to read up and make sure I am not making faulty decisions! I am read up on 00-1 head issues...but I certainly welcome any insight you might have to offer!
