2006 grand cherokee headlight problem

2006 grand cherokee headlight problem
my 2006 grand Cherokee passenger side headlight cluster is not working. I swapped bulbs to drivers side and they worked. The multi-meter shows approximately 12 volts (with light switched on) at the plug where the passenger side harness plugs in. Any ideas?
