Default 2000 XJ Pavement Pounder (poser) Lift

Call it what you would like, but that's what I want to do.
I'm looking for ideas on the smoothest 3.5-4.5" lift. I know long arm is a good way to go, which I may, but it's very pricy.
Please give me some advice and forgive my ignorance. I love my xj but I do plan on using it as just an everyday driver with an aggressive look and quality ride.
Thank you all in advance.

P.S. Advice on size wheels to go work that lift are greatly appreciated as well. Cutting is not a problem.

Welcome to the forum.

If u want to drive it on the street, long arms is the way to go. More smoother like. U can also do regular short arms with drop brackets.
