18 years old with 2 jeeps... sorta
jeep number 1
got it when i was 15 for 400 bucks, after 3000 bucks it was a reliable dd and ready to be lifted untill......
uninsured mormon girl hit me doing 35 while i was at a red light, threw me into the ford ranger infront of me, amazingly the back hatch was still good due to the factory tire carrier taking the brunt of it. i was able to fix it with junkyard front clip but 3 weeks later the crankshaft snapped (pretty sure it was from the impact of the wreck but what can you do?)
Jeep 2
800 dollars for a 1985 jeep cherokee 2.5l lifted 2 inch budget boost with some balding 31 bfg ats.I built the front bumper and the roof rack from scrap metal (cops didnt like my liscence plate placement hahaha)
so i am only 18 dont got much money but whatever i get i put into my rig, i will probably have lots of questions and build threads cuz i enjoy welding and fabbing stuff for the jeep, i made the bumper and roof rack, currently working on a rear tire carrier and then it will be on to the rock sliders. i am glad i found you guys and cant wait to help others with what i know and get some help from the masters

Fab up some light tab brackets for those rack mounted KC's before you rip them off on a low hanging branch!! That would be a good little project!

thanks guys
the next couple of days i am going to mount the kcs lower and also two more out back off the rack. also gonna rip out the cb and duel whips from the old xj and get them on the new one
