Weird that there's no interest at all in this bumper - here or Craigslist...

Any ideas why? Help me out here please with some input.

I'm thinking about installing a winch on it, would that help it sell?

Trades welcome too - let me know what you've got!

Agreed this thing is pretty ugly with no tow points.

OK, thanks guys.

I built this many years ago for a Ranger, just salvaged it from the parts pile and modified it to fit an XJ. I think I'll pull it off and do some more tweaking on it - add a winch behind it, some D-rings, etc.

Yes it is kind of ugly. But that is what I like about it. It's different. To bad you're so far away shipping would be a killer.

It is a Texas-style bumper, maybe I should ship it out there!

Hahaha screens don't ****ing pull out in front of me! Dig it minus the square hoop..the bumper itself isn't that bad look. Some nice beefy dring tabs and a winch plate. And redo that damn hoop, or get rid of it all together lol

HAHA! I'm sorry, i don't mean to laugh but when I was reading the first couple posts, I totally thought you were joking. That bumper is hideous, so much in fact I could have sworn you were trolling us. List of reasons that I do not like it. Just my opinions.

1. Way too bulky. So big it almost looks fake.
2. Looks like it came off a 1982 homebrew mudder.
3. While tough and strong, it just plain looks ugly. lol!

It would be fun to put on a junker just to smash into things, this is what i suggest you use it for!

Honest opinions are one thing. Laughing at and belittling someone is another thing. There's something called respect. It is a key feature that most people lack these days.
