Bored out throttle bodies.
Performance upgrade, 60mm, Bored below plate to improve air flow, you install your sensors.
$90 exchange.
$125 SHIPPED..., but will REFUND $25 for your core.
Complements a performance intake and exhaust system.
These will fit ANY Jeep that has an HO 4.0 engine, or the fuel injected 2.5. Fits XJs, YJ, TJs, ZJs, WJs etc.
These are bored out, glass beaded, cleaned, bearings are greased, and assembled....ready to bolt on. You just add your sensors.
I also include instructions for flashing your ECU for maximum performance.
Cores: Throttle plate must be free, not frozen....IAC housing must be intact....no broken screws, and Im no longer taking 4cyl. cores. ---->No exceptions...thanks!

Taken from GoJeep.com
Also it is worth erasing the old ECU or PCM memory.
Disconnect the POSITIVE battery Terminal and touch it to ground for 30seconds. (This is to discharge the PCM capacitors, which maintain the AdaptiveMemory.
Reconnect the Battery Cable
Turn Ignition Switch to the “On” position but DO NOT start the engine
Turn Headlight “On”
Turn Headlights “Off”
Turn Ignition Key “Off” When you start the engine it will be running off a set of pre-programmed tables that come with the PCM from the factory. When you get the engine up to operating temperature, the PCM will start to collect data for the “Adaptive Memory”. The PCM will collect data for Adaptive Memory for the first 50 Warm-up Cycles.

It depends, but last two customers, that I personally installed on their XJs, both said between 1-2mpg, and better low end.

Just shipped one to a guy for a ZJ on Mallcrawlin.com from TX. Heres what he had to say....
Got my throttle body installed. I was skeptical at first thinking how much could 2mm do, but when I got them side by side the difference was amazing! I installed it, reset the PCM and went on a drive. I immediately noticed better idle and lower end response. I am pleased with the purchase! Great machinemanship. Thanks for the service.
