Can you do 62 or 63mm Throttle bodies?

 

Ive actually got a 62mm ready to go, but you would have to make or find a bigger throttle plate...I have no source for them.

 

Is the throttle plate stainless steel? What is the metal thickness?

 

No its not stainless, its a piece of aluminum.....1/16' thick.
You could probably even make one from carbon fiber.

Maybe off topic but I was wondering would changing the material of the hose running from the box to the throttle body help make a difference?
