Default Alternators

I have 2 alternators I have no use for. Here is how I came to acquire these 2 units. I was attempting to get the 136 amp GC upgrade for my 92 XJ. Since I currently have no time to swing by the JY I tried the EBay method of a JY trip. The first alternator they sent was the 136 version, however, they sent the one with the newer style plug connector. The second attempt was the correct connection style, but it was the 90 amp version. After several emails back and forth, they decided they would refund my money as they didn't have what I needed so I ended up with 2 alternators that will collect dust in the garage. Sorry of the novel, but there you go. Looking for $20 each plus shipping. Shipping weight is about 12 lbs or so coming from 75605. Thanks.

Check the back of your alternator to see which style connector you have. There are 2 styles, the plug like this 136 pictured and the other style that has a small box-type connector with 4 leads. My 92 didn't have the plug style, not sure what year it changed over. As with all of these 136 amp alternators, you will have to grind the bracket and block to get it to fit, and you can also swap over your existing pulley.

I have a 95. Did you ever find a place to get a high out put for your 92 XJ? In still looking.
