Selling my Chrysler 8.25 29 spline. I decided against using it when I installed my lift for simplicity, didn't want to touch all my ABS lines. I welded on new high clearance shock mounts that I purchased from Zone Offroad for $50. I was told it had about 150k on it from XJWonders(he's a reliable source) and I have never used it. He told me it has relatively new drum brakes and the E brake cables are attached still. Its been stored inside.

That's right. The jeep was at 154k when I pulled the axles off my crawler.

 

Do you know what condition the internals of it are, and whether or not it is open, limited slip, or locked thanks

Do you know if the spider, ring, and pinion gears are chipped worn or messed up

 

no I don't. I never popped the cover off. The seller can do that for you

 

I can take the cover off this weekend and will post pictures. 99% positive its in great shape since XJwonders didnt have any issues with it and it hasn't been used since he pulled it.
