Driven by my friend's daughter until 2016 when I bought it @ 160k miles

Currently located in southern Florida.

The Good:
Drives great, will cruise at 70+ mph with no play and tracks straight. Engine is strong and transmission shifts as it should.
Replaced the radio with a Boss 10" screen supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay with integrated backup camera
Front and rear dash cam
Interior is in very good shape with normal ripping of the side of the drivers seat
Never been smoked in

The Bad:
Rust is setting in. The chassis has been coated twice by me with Fluid Film after I got it, and again about 5-6 years ago. There is little chassis rust but the rocker panels are rusting as well as the hood and the rear fender just ahead of the drivers side rear wheel.
(It's not rust, it's patina!)
The passenger side window is starting to chatter after it goes down more than 1/2 way.
The rear window washer does not work but the rear wiper functions properly.

New Cooper Discovery A/T 245/70 R16 and alignment
New front brakes, rotors, and calipers
New battery
Recent oil change

Service over the past 15k miles include:
Replaced exhaust system and catalytic converters and Oxygen sensors
Replaced power steering Pump
Replaced Rear Seal
Replaced Front and Rear Diff Fluid
Replaced tracking bar
Replaced air conditioner manifold
Replaced the rear seal
Replaced starter motor
Replaced plugs and coil pack
Installed fuel rail insulation
Replaced fuel injectors with Bosch 4 hole

Service since I acquired it in 2016 @ 160k miles:

Rear springs replaced and Monroe coil over shocks installed (165k)
1" spacers placed on the front springs(165k)
New rear brake drums and shoes(175k)
Replaced the cylinder head with 331 head (Clearwater)(180k)
Installed Compustar remote start
Replaced upper and lower front control arms (175k)
Wiring harness to rear hatch repaired (frayed wires)

Regular oil changes every 3-5k miles
