Sorry to hear, people like this really "F" things up on here & make you second guess on buying things from other members....
Gifting the money, I don't think you can will be able to get anything back through E-Bay......

Like I said I dropped them off at the post office there in a Manila jks envelope. Didn't even see you paid as gift just an email saying you paid. I don't have any tracking information. I don't know what else your wanting me to say.

For future reference, the tracking number is printed on the receipt.
You said you dropped them off on 7-2 but they were post marked on 7-10. Strange. They may have misplaced them, it happens.
