I would get new coils in the front and matching shackles for the rear... then some shocks

are your rear springs ok or are they sagging?

in that case do this...

front (home made coil spacers) when I built mine I spent about $9 for the pair

http://www.madxj.com/MADXJ/technical...oilSpacers.htm

rear...

2.5-3.0" lift shackle

superior automotive part number 13-4100 ($30, can be found at Autozone, Advance auto parts, O'reilly's and I think even napa)

then relocate your track bar and get a used set of JK Rubicon shocks (usually less than $50 for the set of 4)

I fun the 4.5 kit. Smooth ride ,no sagging. I'm running 32 's with no trimming, but I dont do any extreme off-road. Great kit for the price . Also running a 3 kit jj a 2wd Xj with rubicon wheels- 245 60r16 ..no sagging , and both kits been on for about 2 yrs.
