It's only CERTAIN years of the ZJ and the Dakota boxes this applies too.. They were a little stronger and give a little quicker response.

Maybe it was Durango steer-box.... Then it's the Dakota leaf springs for a Bastard pack. I always get that stuff confused.

Just got mine in the mail. $47 for all three parts shipped. I'm happy.

The ZJ tie rod is stronger but what you really want is a WJ knuckle swap to get rid of the inverted y steering.

David that is one of the best upgrades out there and for under $100 at AutoZone (Moog) parts, not Chinese crap they have been cranking out. My steering even feels better but I did add several things at the same time.

been thinking about doing this as my tie rod ends are crap. . .might as well go with something hd since I wheel in the rockies.

What all parts are needed to do the full conversion. And what are your alls recommendations on brands? heard mixed reviews

Moog part numbers. Second hit in Google.

1 #DS1312 Tie Rod
1 #DS1238 Drag Link
2 #ES3096L Short Tie Rod Ends(1 by pitman, 1 by outer driver side)
2 #ES2079S Adjustment Sleeves

I used Napa premium line with lifetime warranty. When it showed up at my office ( we have a company account ) it had Moog ends. Its a good upgrade. Feels more solid.
