YJ lines will work perfectly fine for your build. I'm running RE 4.5" springs and used them (front and rear) on mine. I bought them from Rock Auto (Bendix front and Raybestos rear) and got them pretty cheap. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a stock rubber line.

The only hiccup I ran into was that I had to remove a little bit of material from my driver side caliper to get a good seal. The caliper end on the YJ hose was slightly larger than the XJ hose and wouldn't fit flush without a little help. After that, I had no leaks and they work great. Also, they are significantly cheaper than the braided lines....which is nice.

From the RockAuto site:

F/L-Bendix 78122-$10.84
F/R-Bendix 78121-$10.84
Rear-Raybestos BH38845-$9.27

There are many more listed on the site, but these are the ones I used. Search for a '95 Wrangler.

YJ lines will work front and back. I use them and have a 4.5" lift. Plenty of room.
