Have you been researching these topics? Just judging by your questions, your asking very general or broad things. Which leads me to believe you haven’t been reading up on these topics. Do that first. Then ask specific questions. Your questions are too broad and take too long to answer. Which basically turns into TL-DR.

No one can tell you exactly how to build your Jeep. Stock? Modified? Is it a DD? What type of terrain are you off-roading on? How deep are your pockets?

You sound young, so I would assume your pockets are shallow like mine were. If your in college or HS. Keep the budget to a minimum. You will need that money for more important stuff.

That's not because of the 33s. Stock gears and drivetrain will handle 33s with no problem. Make sure when you are wheeling it you are in 4-low. Is it an automatic or standard?

It is a automatic with the Chrysler 8.25 I believe. With 355 gears in the front

Bogging had nothing to do with tires. Just make sure in low range and you will be fine. As far as building it up, read the builds section. Find something that sounds good to you. You will see that hardly anyone does anything to the engine, but everything to drivetrain and suspension.

In 4 low it should have plenty of torque for muddin, even with stock gears and 33s. I think lockers or at least one locker would help a lot in your situation. I have front and rear lockers with 31s and I have only been stuck once, I was bottomed out with a 4 wheels spinning.

Don't he too hard on the OP. He's trying to learn. Frustrations aside, the best advice is to read a lot here. Also I would maybe mention, and someone please stop me if I am not allowed to do this, the NAXJA forums. I am also a member there and the advice from their members will be much like here.
