wrangler door hinges on 99 cherokee

how do i install wrangler door hinges on my 99' Cherokee sport? id like to remind that the speakers are in the door and the window, lock buttons

The front fender could not support the "wrangler style hinges" they sit outside of the door if you have ever noticed. You couldn't do it to the back doors cause that would put the hinges on the front doors.
Smell what I'm getting at here?
