Alright guys, I need some opinions whether or not i should lift my 91 XJ.
This thing has 227xxx miles on it, bad flex plate, but the engine runs amazingly, and it has little to no mechanical engine problems besides the stupid flexplate knocking.
If you were in my shoes, would you spend the money to lift it and put some decent mud tires on it, or would you see it as a waste of money?
And for something on a $2k budget, what would you prefer?
I want your opinions!

If there is minimal rust and you keep them maintained these xjs will run as long as you let them. When something breaks, upgrade whenever possible. I don't worry about how many miles mine has. I just get it presents at milestones. So yes, it's worth it.
