Thumbs down Metal Rubbing?!

So I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport 2Door 4.0L

I put just a rear lift on it a few weeks back (Cant afford a front lift at this time..) Skyjacker Suspension and Rancho Lift. Had a ton of underbody work done to it including new exhaust, catalytic converter etc. etc.

Starting last week, it has been making this god awful noise, like metal being dragged/ or metal grinding especially while backing up/breaking/turning/ and once in a while just cruising/accelerating. Ive looked underneath, and cannot find anything that looks wrong.

I have ABSOLUTELY no idea what it could be. I was thinking it could just be my diff thats not lubricated anymore, but who knows. Has anyone ever had this issue before?

How much lift? Sometimes you need to adjust the e brake because lifting it makes them shorter and partially applies the brake. Also check your u joint at the axle. If it's old it could have worn in to a certain angle and now it's having to work on another.

Its currently a 3inch lift. Took it into the garage today they believe that it is my U-joint. But figures when they had taken it for the test drive it didnt make a sound so they arnt exactly sure...
