Had the wheels and tires balanced?

Swap the front to the back and the back to the front?

What control arms did you swap in? New bushings?

You check castor by parking the Jeep on level ground and setting an angle finder on top of the upper balljoint.

Mine came with some nice DW right at 50+.

It's like an amusement ride. Lucky it's not my dd. Can only spend so much on it at a time.

All ball joints are shot. Gonna intake new ones along with wheel bearings and tre(s).

Looking for some Long Arms or making some.

Tires are balanced and waiting to take it for an alignment after more new parts are installed.

FREE alignments for me, my brother is a mechanic at a dealership. :thumbsupbro:

Just a thought, haven't seen in mentioned yet...how's your power steering? Maybe your pump is going out or something else w/ the steering column? Just grabbing at straws.

Ok..so now it seems like I can get the wobble started by going 50-60+ and getting on the brakes good.. As soon as the decel starts the wobble will start. If I slam the brakes before it starts it wont wobble..

Any ideas why getting on the brakes around 60 will make it start? If the steering wheel starts to wobble I can feather the brake and stop it sometimes...but if I'm going fast enough and hit the brakes hard the wobble starts

rotors are warped if braking causes wobble

It doesnt always cause it..
It seems like the wobble is getting worse and worse..more often too.
Today it started on the way to work where it never starts.. Starting to happen around 50 mph.. feathering the brakes will usually keep it at bay..
ALso getting a popping noise when turning (but all my xjs have done that)..ill check everything for tightness this weekend.
I can feel the wobble in the steering wheel now before the full blown DW starts and if I tap the brakes a bit and it will stop.

SNT: Standard Navy Torque. Tighten it till it breaks then back it off a quarter turn. Lol
